The Purchaser is informed that he has a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of subscription to the Services to use the withdrawal right, without penalty and without giving any reason.
The User's right of withdrawal is exercised by returning the Product, with only shipping costs remaining at the User's expense. The Seller or the Publisher undertakes to reimburse the User for the sums actually received within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days by the same means of payment as used in the initial order, otherwise specified.
The Buyer also has a period of fourteen calendar days after receipt of his order to return a damaged product or report a missing product to the Publisher or the Seller.
To return a product:
I. The Buyer contacts the Seller or the Publisher by clicking on the link "RETURN A PRODUCT" available on his customer account under the heading "Order history".
II. The Buyer finds the order from which he wants to return an item and clicks on the "details" link.
III. The Purchaser selects the item(s) he wishes to return, entering the number of items to be returned, specifies a reason for return in the box provided for this purpose and then validates by clicking on the link "RETURN A PRODUCT".
IV. The Buyer returns his product using the return slip sent by the Seller or Publisher. The address to which the package is to be returned varies according to the product and is communicated by the Seller or the Publisher.
V. The Buyer must provide the tracking number of the package as soon as it is shipped to the Seller.
Upon receipt of the package, and after verification of the Product, the Seller requests to proceed with the refund of the Product.
